I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time, so I am finally moving my site from bustablog over to my own dedicated site. So, here we are at www.josephsjoy.com. I still have a lot of work to do to get it up to full speed, but this is where it’s going to be.

Starting over is exactly what my husband and i did.But i know we couldnt do it without the states assistance.We are both retired.We are enjoying the 3 children we adopted.With the states help we can aford to do a lot with them.My husband is 60 and i am 59.The children have a lot of problems.But God gave me the love and support that i need to help them get through a day.
Iva, I’d love to hear more about your story. What led you to adoption of your kids at 60 and 59? To tell you the truth, I’m 38 and many days I feel like I’m too old handle the 3 I’ve got. We had our 3-year-old nephew stay with us for 2 weeks, and he wore us out! On the other hand, we had other nieces and nephews with us over the summer, and at one point DH and I had 6 kids around the dinner table. It was wonderful, perfect, and I felt I could do this and love every minute of it. Tell me more about your kids…I’m interested in your family’s story.
